Candelaria Quesabirrias

Three corn tortillas dipped in birria broth, folded with beef birria and melted cheese and then grilled. Served with rice, grilled onions, toreado jalapeño, cilantro, onion, and lime. With a side of birria broth and mole sauce for dipping!
